She sang to an Ariana Grande song, which features lyrics about “trauma.”

The song also makes reference to the media, and contains a line that goes: “I can’t fake another smile.”

Jenelle captioned the video: “This song was made for me.”

Fans flooded the comments with concern, with one writing: “the media tries so hard to bring u down, it’s pathetic, they always reaching. u have fans who love u and ur amazing, don’t ever forget that!”

Another fan commented: “You ok girl?”

A third follower commented: “You’ve been through a lot! You’ve come s as long way!”

She recently said she lost her “spark” and “motivation” because of the tumors she has in her spine.

Jenelle said in the same clip that doctors “recently found” a tumor in her neck, adding that it “hurts pretty bad.”

She shared the update on TikTok in response to a fan.

The controversial reality star began: “Hey, thanks for the support.

“I’ve just been taking things easy lately.

“I’m making my healthy number one right now, so if it seems like I kind of lost my spark or motivation, I kind of have.

“I’ve recently been diagnosed with, you know, two tumors in my spine.

“They also recently found out I have a tumor in my neck which hurts pretty bad … I’ve just been in a lot of pain lately and my neck is just killing me.”

Jenelle previously revealed her spine disorder to fans, but said she has an “update” with her neurosurgeon coming up.

She has been suffering from syringmyelia, which causes fluid-filled cysts to form on the spinal cord.

In December, she shared with fans that she “found a few tumors in my spine,” asking for “#PrayersPlease.”

Earlier that same month, she shared a cryptic TikTok video screaming along with a song featuring these lyrics: “I don’t need drugs, because I’m already high enough.”

She wrote over the video: “When you already have a growing cyst in your spine….and the doctors ‘can’t help you. When you become paralyzed go to the ER.”

Jenelle shared the news on her Instagram Story. She went into more detail in a YouTube video titled: “My Neck, My Back.”

In the video, the Teen Mom star said she was struggling with headaches and her neck “cracking 10 times a day.”
